I was welcomed by one of their staff (I regret not catching his name!) who had the enthusiasm of a sommelier and the charm of a true storyteller. He spoke about honey wine—or mead—as if each bottle carried a piece of their journey, from backyard beekeeping to becoming one of the Philippines’ standout artisanal producers.

Dielle’s story began in 2002 with just four humble bee colonies. By 2007, they became a registered company, and with the help of DOST-NCR’s SETUP program, they scaled from backyard fermentation to a full GMP-compliant facility. As of 2018, they’ve been producing over 1,000 bottles a day.
Today, their bee farms span Muntinlupa, Batangas, Lipa, Tanawan, and Cavite, fueling an impressive lineup of over 20 mead and melomel variants.
